REQUIREMENTS

We don’t expect to master it all. At Skeleton, you’ll have the support of the team and we work together to achieve our goals. However, there are requirements you should be able to fulfill to succeed in this role:

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in aligning technology strategy with business objectives and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead IT teams and manage vendor relationships.
  • Experience in IT budget management and cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, and automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are desirable.
