Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in operations leadership, with a proven track record of success.

  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, and risk management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic plan and lead its execution.
  • Operational Leadership: provide guidance and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards.
  • Innovation: Encourage innovation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
