Description:

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic plan and lead its execution.
- Operational Leadership: provide guidance and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards.
- Innovation: Encourage innovation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
- Communication: Provide transparent and timely communication to stakeholders, including the board, staff, and external partners.
