Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of B2B sales across our SaaS platform. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, building relationships with key stakeholders, and leading the sales team to exceed targets. You will also collaborate closely with software brands and oversee the sales cycle, from lead generation through email marketing to closing deals.
You will be a key figure in our growth, expanding our presence in the startup ecosystem and engaging with software partners. The role involves ensuring the alignment of sales efforts with the broader strategic goals of HelpBnk.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement additional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, and closing.
  1. Sales Team Leadership
  • Lead and coach the sales team to deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and success.
  1. Liaison with Major Software Brands and SaaS
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with large software companies and technology partners.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with external stakeholders for mutual success.
  1. Email Marketing and Lead Nurturing
  • Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Implement effective follow-up strategies to optimize the conversion of leads to customers.
  1. Track Record and Reporting
  • Regularly track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Use data analytics to forecast sales and measure success against KPIs.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proven Sales Expertise
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong experience working within the SaaS industry, particularly with large software brands.
  • Email Marketing and Follow-Up
  • Expertise in email marketing and lead nurturing strategies that drive successful outcomes.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven success in closing large deals
  • Strong network and relationships within the software or tech industries.

Reporting & Accountability
The Sales Manager will report directly to the Managing Director, working closely with marketing and product teams to align sales with business objectives.
