Description:

We’re looking for a Head of Support and Service Fulfillment to join our united, dedicated, and enthusiastic team at LINK Mobility, Europe’s leading mobile messaging provider.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop LINK’s Group Customer Care & Service fulfillment department and activities.
  • Improve the framework that measures customer satisfaction.
  • Have a service and success focus with a drive to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers
  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the service department.
  • Respond to customer service issues promptly.
  • Create effective service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities.
  • Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
  • Hire and train new colleagues.
  • Delivery according to internal and external OLA and SLAs.
