Description:
We’re looking for a Head of Support and Service Fulfillment to join our united, dedicated, and enthusiastic team at LINK Mobility, Europe’s leading mobile messaging provider.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop LINK’s Group Customer Care & Service fulfillment department and activities.
- Improve the framework that measures customer satisfaction.
- Have a service and success focus with a drive to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the service department.
- Respond to customer service issues promptly.
- Create effective service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities.
- Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
- Hire and train new colleagues.
- Delivery according to internal and external OLA and SLAs.
