Title: Hematology Account Development Representative - Quebec and Atlantic
Reports to: Manager, District Sales
Location: Montreal based
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop Amgen business by expanding the clinical use of Amgen products in Oncology clinics. Responsible for building relationships with: Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, Support Groups and Oncology Foundations
- Promote features and benefits of Amgen’s Oncology products to customers
- Work closely with Regional Manager and Product Manager to implement marketing plans
- Work cross-functionally with Medical Science Liaison and Corporate Accounts to support the development of key account partnerships
- Responsible for achievement of monthly sales objectives, developing and implementing territory business plans while keeping CRM up to date
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree
Bilingual (French/English)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced science degree
- 3+ years of selling experience in the pharmaceutical market as a specialist representative
- Oncology experience
- Previous territory experience
- Track record of competitive selling skills
- Experience and Excellent track record in hospital account & specialty sales
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Strong decision making/problem solving skills

QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE :

- Diplôme scientifique avancé
- 3 années ou plus d’expérience en vente sur le marché pharmaceutique en tant que représentant spécialisé
- Expérience en oncologie
- Expérience antérieure sur le territoire
- Antécédents de compétences en vente concurrentielle
- Expérience et excellents antécédents en ventes de comptes hospitaliers et de spécialités
