• Defining and setting up testing equipment for high-speed SerDes protocols.
• Performing system bring-up of high-speed serial links in a lab environment.
• Collaborating closely with circuit design teams to validate and debug silicon designs.
• Utilizing scripting languages such as Matlab, Python, and C to automate testing processes.
• Applying equalization techniques and adaptation methodologies to optimize signal integrity.
• Conducting thorough lab testing to ensure the performance and reliability of silicon designs.
• Preparing silicon validation report in an understandable way
