We are searching for a marketing specialist responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development for multiple hospitality venues, analysing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing and executing lead-generation programs.
The opportunity
TwentyFive Hospitality is looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development for multiple hospitality venues, analysing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing and executing lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies to promote the long-term growth of multiple hospitality venues.

TwentyFive Hospitality is a newly established hospitality consulting firm focused on a 360-degree view of hospitality management. We are made up of highly professional and experienced restauranteur. Our main focus is to provide solutions in all aspects of Hospitality Management in both restaurants and cafes.
The role
You’ll need to work smartly and independently across the digital landscape, from managing retargeting audiences to creating a content plan to attack SEO keyword opportunities.
Your expertise in analysing market trends and consumer insights will guide the decision-making, ensuring the marketing efforts are targeted and impactful.
You must possess a wide range of skills and be eager to learn.

Duties

  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data,
  • Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines,
  • Ability to develop and execute social media strategies in line with executing the lead generation programs,
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to relay messages to customers,
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.)
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in highly relevant major fields of study,
  • Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role focused on handling multiple hospitality venues may substitute for formal education,
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and substituted to a weekdays off,
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods,
  • Experience in managing external marketing agencies
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Ability to work independently across multiple venues,
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • PR experience is highly regarded
  • Strong project management skills
  • Love and appreciation for the hospitality & events industry
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant or cafe marketer or role within a marketing agency.
