Job Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional seeking the next step in their career. You will be responsible for:
- Accurately prepare and process all requirements for Ibis Sydney Barangaroo Month End
- Responsible for management of payroll processes
- Responsible for completing accounts payable, cashiering, P&L, forecast and budget on regular basis
- Responsible for the monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Ensure internal control policy & procedures are complied with
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in complete and accurate record keeping
- Intermediates excel skills
- An understanding of Awards and payroll processing ideally using Zambion software
- Exposure to the hospitality industry preferred
- A university degree in accounting and/or pursuing CPA qualification
- Previous experience with Superannuation, PAYG, payroll tax and other legislative requirements
- Previous experience in Sun Systems, Opera PMS, and Q&A will be an added advantage
