RSB - Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials is seeking a passionate and experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead our HR and administrative functions in support of our global team and organisational goals.
This is a home-office position based in Germany, Spain, or the UK, and applicants must already possess a valid work permit for their respective country.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an individual based in Germany, Spain, or the UK who has a solid HR & Administration background and a strong passion for sustainability.

REQUIRED - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR & Administration management, preferably in international or non-governmental organisations.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and applicable regulations (e.g. national and international employment regulations).
  • Proficient spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in modern HR management tools, HRIS, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Valid work permit for Germany, Spain, or the UK.

DESIRED - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

Specific knowledge or experience with:

  • HR analytics or data-driven HR practices.
  • Experience with specific HR software (e.g. BambooHR, Workable, etc.).
  • Experience with additional software (e.g. Nifty, TravelPerk, Grammarly, etc.).
  • Proficiency in an additional language.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As RSB’s HR & Administration Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring our organisation operates efficiently. You will work closely with the leadership team and report directly to the Legal & Operations Associate Director to implement the organisation’s team culture strategy in alignment with the overall mission and objectives.
