About you: Either new to your HR career (or Employee Success -ES – as we like to call it at Access) or an experienced administrator but driven by process improvement and will enjoy an ever-changing environment which allows for exciting project involvement within Employee Success at Access. You’re a self-starter, that can follow a process through and balance a large variety of work with varying deadlines and priorities. A team player who is passionate about customer service, who thrives from working alongside and learning from others. You are proactive and have a real passion to make things better, every day. No day is a dull day; you will enjoy daily communication with employees as you support the ES team with the onboarding, life cycle changes and offboarding of employees at Access. Success comes in the form of helping drive a fantastic life cycle experience through administration, system and data maintenance as well as having an acute attention to detail with a commitment to make sure the People data is the best it can be within the ES function. Day-to-day, you will: Provide administrative support for onboarding new hires via Access Assist, including conducting background checks (DBS, health screening, employment history), setting up new starters in the People system, and maintaining records of employment documentation. Manage the employee life cycle, handling job changes, role moves, right to work changes, family-friendly moments (e.g., maternity/paternity leave), and the offboarding process, ensuring smooth communication with Payroll and relevant teams. Ensure internal ES systems are accurate and up-to-date, supporting data cleanse activities, and reviewing employee benefit applications through the benefits platform. Participate in internal and external audits for compliance, contribute to ES team projects alongside ES Assistants and Advisers, and handle any ad-hoc duties to support the ES Operations team. Your skills and experiences might also include: Passionate about providing excellent customer service to employees, with a strong focus on maintaining accurate employee data and challenging discrepancies to ensure compliance. Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, staying adaptable, proactive, and embracing change as the company evolves. A great communicator with an eye for detail, seeking to resolve conflicts and improve processes while working within Access’ policies and procedures. Possess good IT skills (especially MS Office and internal systems), eager to learn new skills and develop with the role, while contributing to a fun-loving team and promoting the Access way.
