Description:

HR DATA MONITORING AND CONTROL PROCESSES, ENHANCING DATA ACCURACY AND TRANSACTION TIMELINESS

  • Develop and disseminate ad hoc and routine action-oriented audit and quality control reports that are understandable to end users.
  • Contribute to and drive process improvements for the audit and quality control function and across HR Service Delivery.
  • Maintain strong technical skills in utilizing the Oracle HR/Payroll System and related reporting, dashboard, and scorecard tools and solutions for measurement of audit and quality control and resolution of issues.
  • Develop, analyze and assess results of data quality audit reports to identify data issues for cleansing and escalation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Management or any related discipline
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical, research, & problem-solving skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity & formulate root cause analyses on potential issues
  • Understands data structures and able to recognize patterns within data and information; detail oriented, organized
  • Experience with MS Office applications. Track records of working with MS Excel specifically with pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP’s, graphs, etc
  • Hands on experience in using data reporting and visualization tools, e.g. Power BI (data modeling, data expressions, data visualizations), Tableau, Visier, SQL, etc.
  • Hands on configuration/support experience in various automation platform such as UiPath, PowerApps and Chatbots.
  • Hands on configuration/support experience in various HRIS system e.g Oracle R12, Fusion HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft etc.
  • Hands on configuration/support experience in various ticketing system e.g SFDC, Five9, JIRA etc
  • Knowledge in programming skill is a plus
  • Understand and interpret regional regulatory environment and policies/controls, particularly with respect to HR data privacy topics
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to multi-task, and maintain accurate records
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain good working relationships across number of countries
  • Proficient in oral and written English
  • A good team player with high level of maturity and independence

Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Support the APAC HR Service Delivery Director to shape forward-thinking opportunities while working with RDM to deliver analytical insights, new innovative areas of focus, define the future HRSS data mgmt. and enhancement roadmap in APAC region.
  • Good understanding in HR technology trending and best practices. Able to identify areas of improvement and suggest resolution using HR technology such as automation, bots, language translation, macros etc
  • Have a thorough understanding of HR data elements, definitions and values, and relationships to one another within and across the various systems, tools, and HR processes.
  • Responsible for supporting the audit and control of all APAC employee data related transactions which feeds data into our core HRIS system called HR Connect (Oracle R12).
  • Support the HR data quality measurement and data issue resolution processes across the regions in scope, including new key data quality checks and resolution processes.
  • Provide regional representation and active participation in HR Operations related projects, including, but not limited to, annual merit and bonus loads to HR Connect and payroll systems, acquisition and divestiture integrations and separations, fiscal and calendar year end special processing and data updates, data standardization and cleansing, reorganizations and restructuring activities, technology upgrades, migrations and patching, enhancement request process improvements, and new data integrations to ELC systems with associated testing efforts.
  • Support existing reporting capabilities and tools, including development of documentation and training materials around the Regional Data Management catalogue of information available, reporting definitions, standards, and business logic with associated navigational assistance. Monitor regulatory environment, particularly around data privacy, information protection, and sensitivity of information.
  • Understand and contribute to the overall HR Shared Service Delivery to ensure conformance and opportunity identification for existing or new business processes enabled via existing platforms and future digital solutions. Seeks opportunities for service delivery improvement, including new software tools and technology capabilities, new processes, and techniques through analytical thinking and problem solving.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Master Data Management

  • Maintain quality and integrity of APAC HR master data- understand HR business processes to interpret business requirements.
  • Strong technical skills related to reporting, dashboard creation and scorecard tools.
  • Adhere to documented Case Management and general quality guidelines when handling customer inquiries.
  • Ensures data privacy, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive client / employee data reports or information.
  • Provide support for special projects and tasks as needed, most often relating to employee requirements and records.
