EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Consulting Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in consulting, with deep proficiency in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; experience with EC Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits is preferred.
- Professional Services Experience: Prior experience in a professional services setting is highly valued.
- HR Knowledge: Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and regulations to support designing and optimizing HR processes for large, global enterprises.
- Consulting Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading workshops and guiding stakeholders, with the ability to drive the adoption and integration of new HR processes and technologies.
- Exceptional Communication: Clear, impactful communication skills are essential for this role; you should be able to articulate complex ideas to a wide range of audiences and foster collaboration at all levels.
