This is a temporary employment to cover a parental leave during 2025, starting December 1st, 2024, at the latest.

- 8+ years of experience within an HR Business Partner or HR Specialist role
- Experience working with recurring HR activities such as salary review process and performance reviews
- Proven ability to build trust and strong relationships with leaders and employees
- Relevant university degree, e.g in HR or Economics
- Experience working in a Nordic or cross-country organization
- Experience with trade union negotiations and working with trade union agreements
- Experience working with HR KPIs
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Swedish and English

You have strong project management skills and are an agent for change – and you see solutions rather than problems. An interest in film, TV and the media industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our HR Business Partner, you will work high and low within the HR field and support all our business areas and countries. More specifically, you will:
- Be an independent and proactive business-focused support to our managers in both operational and strategic matters
- Support and coach producers and production sites with HR support and ensure compliance with SF Studios’ internal HR processes
- Be responsible for SF Studios’ employer branding and recruitment, from overseeing competency needs and driving efficient and qualitative recruitments alongside hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with labor law and regulations
- Drive and develop people processes such as salary review process, performance reviews and employee engagement survey
- Support employees with various queries
- Be part of SF Studios’ sustainability team, covering all ESG areas (Environment, Social, Governance)
- Collaborate with local trade union and work environment committee
- Manage and follow up on HR KPIs
- Work closely with EVP HR & Operations and HR & Payroll Generalist to ensure top-notch HR support to the organization
- Together with EVP HR & Operations and HR & Payroll Generalist align SF Studios’ people agenda with business strategies and objectives
- Drive various HR projects and initiatives, such as implementation and compliance of new legislations, health and sports initiatives, organizational changes, etc.

You will report to SF Studios’ EVP HR & Operations and be based in our brand-new office located in Hagastaden, Stockholm. The role will involve travel to our production sites and offices in the Nordic countries.
