Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader of the HR Business Partner function to join our organization. As the HR Business Partnering Leader, you will drive employee engagement, organizational design and business partnering strategy to create a great place to work. Leading a team of Business Partners, you will be accountable for providing expert HR, business improvement and organizational effectiveness support and advice to leadership teams and management across the business.
As HR Business Partnering Leader, you will collaborate with your peers in Recruiting and Learning & Development to prioritize, identify and execute critical people related initiatives to attract, develop and retain great talent. You will also work with the business’ leaders and executives to drive these initiatives.
This role requires a strong combination of business acumen, leadership capabilities, and HR expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • +10 years related professional, progressive experience in human resources, technology industry preferred, with a minimum three years management experience.
  • Experience in building business plans and HR strategy development
  • Sound generalist / business partnering HR experience and technical depth in multiple areas of HR which will include some of the following (change management, employee engagement, reward, organizational design, or talent management).
  • Well versed in disciplines of the HR function, emerging talent practices and trends.
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to understand complex business issues and recommend HR initiatives/solutions to support business strategies in a changing environment.
  • Proven experience in driving HR initiatives and change management processes.
  • Proven track record of working with and influencing executive leadership.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate work with diverse groups of employees.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up technology company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Skilled in employee relations with demonstrated ability to partner and influence at all levels in the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic human resources leadership that aligns with the overall organizational objectives. Work with business leaders on talent management, organizational design & change management projects that enable the business. Drive people management strategies that promote an environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
  • Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with senior leaders across the organization to understand their business objectives and challenges. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR programs and solutions that drive employee engagement, improve organizational effectiveness, and support business growth.
  • Talent Management: Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs, develop succession plans, and facilitate talent reviews and performance management processes. Advise on strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Culture and Engagement: Drive initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that aligns with our values and promotes employee engagement.
  • Team Management: Coach and lead a team of HR Business Partners; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change management, ensuring effective communication and high level of employee engagement. Provide guidance on change management strategies and tactics to minimize disruption and maximize employee adoption.
  • Compensation and Benefits: help develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. Provide guidance to business leaders on compensation strategies, salary benchmarking, and incentive plans.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are consistent with best practices and aligned with business objectives. Advise and support leaders in managing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
  • HR Insights: Utilize data and analytics to understand trends, identify talent gaps, assess organizational performance, and propose solutions that support talent management and succession. Develop and track HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leaders for informed decision-making.
