Responsibilities:

  • Support regional system administration activities and transactions as part of Level 2 support.
  • Help resolve production issues by conducting root cause analysis, providing containment strategies, and suggesting long-term preventive actions.
  • Assist in managing case escalations to Level 3, ensuring proper documentation and communication of resolutions.
  • Support the delivery of regional analytics and reporting needs within HR and related services
