Description:

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in HR management or Business Administration
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably experience in construction company
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to suit the overall business strategy
  • To manage recruitment, screening and selection process
  • Assist to manage Annual Performance Appraisal Review, Salary Review and Performance Bonus Review
  • To bridge relationships between management and employee by addressing concerns and issues
  • To ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • To implement employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits
  • To provide support systems for payroll requirements
