HR Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 3 years of experience for HR Manager position or for HR Business Partner at production company,
• Bachelor or University degree in Human Resources or equivalent,
• Knowledge of labor law and following changes in this field,
• Ability to set priorities and deliver results in the base of KPI’s,
• Experience in managing of recruitment services and L&D processes,
• Ability to partner with employees and leaders at every level of the organization,
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills,
• Languages: Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken).

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy,
• Support local management with regard to HR issues,
• Ensure the proper applying of the contractual and law norms and of the company procedures in terms of administration matters and staff management,
• Support managers in conducting yearly process such as Annual Appraisal, Compensation review process, Succession planning,
• Identify training and development needs,
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, cooperation with external agencies,
• Cooperation with offices, institutions and external experts,
• Cooperation with Payroll and HR administration service vendor,
• Preparation and control of annual budgets,
• Prepare HR procedures, policies, and represent HR dept. in external and internal audits,
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
