- Recruits Hourly Paid manufacturing and Hospitality Employees.
- Holds job fairs, works with government agencies and places online ads.
- Interviews employees.
- Sets up second interviews.
- New Hire Orientation.
- 2 Years Recruiting in a high volume environment
- Hotel and Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Bi-lingual is a plus - English/Spanish
