We are looking for an HR Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition Team (Global HR / CoE) in Finland. In this role, you’ll work closely with our core project team to help implement a new global Talent Acquisition system and enhance our career pages. As we approach the final stages of planning and prepare to go live, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to support our efforts.
You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional global project team, tackling various tasks related to implementation, documentation, and data management and participating in project meetings and planning sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Core Team: Support with various implementation tasks.
- Data Management: Handle data entry and administration in the new Talent Acquisition system, including managing candidate information and creating new recruitment entries.
- Content Creation: Help create content for the website, such as stories, photos, and videos.
- Website Management: Assist in building web pages for the career site according to the planned sitemap in the CMS (Content Management System).
- Documentation: Contribute to the documentation process and create user guides for the new Talent Acquisition system and career website.
- Solution Testing: Support the team in reviewing and testing the new system.

The job is located in Finland, with office locations in Espoo or Hyvinkää, and the work is hybrid.
The project/assignment begins as soon as possible (ideally in September) and lasts 3-5 months, depending on your availability. Working hours are regular office hours, 4-5 days a week, with some flexibility.
