Description:

Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRIS Manager in the Financial Services industry, based in BOISE, Idaho. The role involves significant interaction with various aspects of Human Resources Management, including compliance, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and management of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Ensure the system is regularly updated and maintained for accuracy
  • Manage the processing of HR data and generate reports to support decision-making processes
  • Oversee the compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
  • Manage onboarding processes through the HRIS, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
  • Oversee benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Handle employee relations issues as they arise, utilizing the HRIS for record keeping and resolution tracking
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the HRIS
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HRIS functionalities to better serve organizational needs.

  • Proficiency in Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
