What your day will look like….
Working within a business partnerships team, you will assist in the delivery of quality, business focussed human resource (HR) management advice, consultancy and support services. You will utilise your contemporary HR knowledge to provide practical solutions across a range of HR matters including performance management and workplace relations. To effectively support managers in their responsibility for effective and proactive people management, you will be an articulate and adaptable communicator who is also confident analysing options and proposing solutions within a human resources context.
