Job Description
Reporting into the People Services Team Leader, this role is dedicated to delivering first-rate support and administrative services to our employees based across Australia and New Zealand.
You will join our tight-knit and high performing People Services team based in Melbourne on a 9 month Fixed Term contract. You will be focused on delivering support for a variety of Human Resources activities, with an emphasis on core people processes related to attraction, development and retention of employees, query resolution and policy advice.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate processing of people transactional services, focusing on domestic assignments and leave arrangements.
- Support the HR systems team with system enhancements.
- Collaborate with our Global Business Services team as well as the local People Services team to share knowledge and ensure a broader understanding of the function.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal stakeholders.
- Effectively operate in accordance with governance, processes, policies, agreed performance targets and service level agreements.
