Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Department in personnel administration
  • Maintain Progressive Discipline documents
  • Accurately prepare and support the processing of hourly payroll using UKG.
  • Process Purchase Orders
  • Conduct onboarding process – orientation and associated personnel records for all new hires
  • Assists Hiring Mangers with Interview process
  • Serve as point of contact for new hires and their managers during Onboarding
  • Monitor and track the attendance policy
  • Work with the Supervisors ensure payroll accuracy for every employee and daily approvals are occurring
  • Coordination of employee communications (i.e bulletin boards), admin support for all committees
  • Manage vendors – uniforms, vending etc.
  • Maintain Employee Personnel Files/ Filing
  • Manages and updates HR databases with different information such as new hires and terminations.
  • Assists with projects, such as HR events, benefits open enrollment, employee communications and company-wide meetings
  • Tracking of all key HR key performance indicators (absenteeism, turnover, etc.)
  • Performs other duties as necessary in support of departmental goals.
  • Follows and comply with all Operational Procedures and policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Quality and Environment programs (i.e., IATF, ISO 14001)

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

High school diploma or GED

  • Two-year Business Administration Management preferred in Human Resource management.
  • Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
