As our Human Resources Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our team across multiple locations by ensuring that our HR operations, training, and health & safety processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records
  • Manage recruitment from start to finish, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
  • Support employee training, development, and compliance initiatives
  • Assist in Administering group benefits and provide employee support
  • Monitor health and safety compliance and assist in incident management
  • Oversee document control and maintain up-to-date records
  • Assist with organizing employee celebrations, company events, and ensure a positive workplace culture
  • Provide HR administrative support to all departments and locations
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that keep Zenetec running smoothly
