As our Human Resources Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our team across multiple locations by ensuring that our HR operations, training, and health & safety processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records
- Manage recruitment from start to finish, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Support employee training, development, and compliance initiatives
- Assist in Administering group benefits and provide employee support
- Monitor health and safety compliance and assist in incident management
- Oversee document control and maintain up-to-date records
- Assist with organizing employee celebrations, company events, and ensure a positive workplace culture
- Provide HR administrative support to all departments and locations
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that keep Zenetec running smoothly
