DESCRIPTION

WFS is looking for a talented and experienced HR Administration Manager to join our friendly and hard working HR team on a fixed term basis for a period of 12 months.
As the HR Administration Manager you will be responsible for all employee data for circa 1000 employees across the UK. You will love HR processes, have great attention to detail and enjoy pulling together reports and statistics to demonstrate how we are doing!
To be successful you will need to have a strong generalist HR background and the ability to manage a level of complexity whilst looking at how to make things better. You will play a key part in the transformation activities of the HR Function, working closely with a number of key stakeholders.
You should note that this role is office based at our London Heathrow site and unfortunately we cannot offer hybrid working. We are looking for someone who is available to join us immediately.

Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS WILL BE:-

  • Providing an efficient back office HR function including data and document management, systems and processes and reporting
  • Responsibility for employee compliance including security clearance of all new entrances to the business
  • Overview of monthly payroll submissions, preparing executive payroll submissions and dealing with queries
  • Managing annual processes such as the annual salary review, benefits renewals, HR budgetting and Headcount submissions
  • Providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies, procedures and best practice
  • Leading transformation projects in conjunction with key stakeholders
  • Mentoring junior staff and assisting with their development

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:-

  • Strong generalist HR experience
  • CIPD qualification would be an advantage, along with up to date employment law knowledge
  • Great attention to detail, along with a passion for data
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to influence across the business
