EMBL Heidelberg
Our Human Resources Department is responsible to deliver high quality HR services to all EMBL personnel working at EMBL Headquarters in Heidelberg and its five sites across Europe.
In this role, you will be part of the Contracting team dealing with contract management for EMBL members of personnel and visa matters and work closely with the other HR teams, i.e. Recruitment, HR Partners and Operations. You will report to the Head of Recruitment and Contracting.

You have
As our ideal candidate, you possess relevant education and training in the area of HR administration. Strong customer orientation to provide a quality service for staff at all levels in the organisation is a must. You should have analytical and evaluative skills and be able to work effectively with people of different national and cultural backgrounds. We expect very good organizational skills, reliability as well as the ability to plan and prioritize your own work programme. Proficiency in MS office applications and Internet is required. In addition, a very good command of English is essential.
You might also have
Previous relevant work experience, ideally gained from an international environment is advantageous. A good knowledge of German language is an advantage.
