JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Aon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, maintaining HR databases, and processing paperwork.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings for the HR team.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and escalate to the appropriate HR team member when necessary.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
