Responsibilities:
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate HR professional join our Human Resources team and the wider Trinity College community. A true generalist role, you will be responsible for providing high quality, responsive, timely HR advice, support and consultancy services to managers and employees across the College across a broad range of HR services including but not limited to, recruitment and selection, learning and development, coaching and mentoring, HR administration, performance management, policy development and review, remuneration and HR reporting.

Contract Type: This is a full-time, permanent position.
Salary: Band Level 3 - FTE $90,514 plus 17.5% leave loading plus 11.5% superannuation
