HERE IS WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

As a Human Resources assistant (m/f/d), you will support our HR team in the recruiting process.
You play a big role in supporting & attracting the best talent to our company and ensuring that the right people have an excellent onboarding process for our open positions who will work with us long-term.
Activities/Area of responsibility: :
Support in the creation and publication of job advertisements by using various platforms and sourcing techniques
Maintenance of the applicant database
Preparation of contracts and other HR-relevant documents as well as support with the onboarding process
Assist in planning and executing career fairs and other recruiting events
Preparation of regular reports and statistics on recruitment campaigns
Knowledge/Requirements:
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in the field of human resources
Initial experience in recruiting or HR, ideally in a dynamic and international environment, is an advantage
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
