Description:
Key Responsibilities: Develop strong business relationships with divisional leaders and managers to implement workforce plans and HR strategies aligned with the Division’s objectives. Lead, in partnership with the job-share HRBP, a dedicated HR team in the Surgery & Anaesthetics Division. Provide expert advice on complex HR issues, including employee relations, employment law, and workforce development. Oversee HR metrics, such as sickness absence, recruitment, and agency spend, to support service efficiency.
