We are currently seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our team of experienced professionals located in our head office in Kitchener, Ontario.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with a strong emphasis on employee relations and Canadian benefits administration.
- Solid understanding of Canadian labor laws and benefits compliance.
- Experience in training program design and facilitation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Canada and the United State
Responsibilities:
- Oversight and guidance on the administration and maintenance of the company’s Canadian benefit programs (health, dental, pension plans, disability, etc.)
- Coordinating and leading the new hire orientation
- Assisting in the development, delivery and maintenance of the company’s health and safety programs; including Accident and WCB reporting, PPE distribution, training initiatives, etc.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to drive effective conflict resolution and performance management
- Provide guidance and support to junior HR staff, ensuring efficient execution of day-to-day HR operations
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with the Accounting team and across the business
- Providing support to other members of the HR team and HR programs as required (recruitment, benefits, etc.)
- Demonstrated interest and ability to quickly learn, interpret, and develop (as needed) international HR guidelines and regulations relevant to our employees in such regions as Australia, the UK, and Ireland.
