    For our Head Office in Munich we are looking for an HR Intern with passion and drive . In this position you would provide operational HR support to the Boutiques in the Central Europe Region (AT, CH, GER) as well as, gain a deep insight of our network. Also, you would closely support on all topics within the employee cycles and track HR retail activities within the fast paced retail world.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Interns and Working Students recruitment process in Central Europe (screening, pre-selection, conducting interviews and hiring talents)
  • Managing administrative tasks for e.g. creating contracts, preparing on-boarding or off-boarding documents and as letter of references
  • Supporting the HR team in the active retail recruitment process
  • Updating and completing HR documents for our respective HRIS and assisting in our monthly payroll preparation list
  • Participating in various HR projects (e.g. event planning, researching, Employer Branding topics etc.)
