WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As our HR Manager, you will lead the charge in our Human Resources Department, cultivating a high-performance culture, managing change, and fostering strong industrial relations.
Your ability to apply legislation, policies, and workforce management will directly influence the success of our hospital. By leading and guiding the HR Business Partner function, you will champion safety, employee wellbeing, and performance.
Overseeing a small team, you will provide contemporary human resource management and business partner services, whilst collaborating with centralised HR functions such as Recruitment, Payroll, work health & safety, and workers compensation. Your strategic leadership will drive positive outcomes at Fairfield Hospital.
