    The Library is seeking to fill the ongoing role of Senior Rehabilitation Case Manager (APS 6) in the Human Resources Section of the Corporate Branch.
    This new and exciting opportunity is a gateway for you to build your career in a small, supportive cultural agency.
    You will work with the Assistant Director, Health, Wellbeing and Diversity to support the National Library’s early intervention and rehabilitation programs to support unwell and injured employees.

You will operate with limited direction and provide specialist advice in relation to compensation and injury prevention/management principles, procedures, and processes. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising and providing case management support across a range of rehabilitation cases at various stages of their return-to-work journey
  • Effectively engaging, managing, and building relationships with diverse groups of people
  • Developing and coordinating return to work plans
  • Preparing correspondence for reports and submissions.
