We are seeking highly intelligent, focused, and career-driven professionals to join our team in a multifaceted role combining Recruitment Coordination, Client-Facing Recruitment, and Internal Talent Acquisition. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in our company’s operations.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination and Administration (50%)

  • Review CVs of applicants, identifying top candidates for various positions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates using various channels.
  • Profile Preparation: Prepare detailed candidate profiles for clients using AI tools.
  • Conduct initial screenings and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Schedule interviews, manage documentation, and assist with correspondence.
  • Provide comprehensive support to senior recruiters.
  • Manage and organize recruitment-related documentation.
  • Assist with reporting and data management.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Client-Facing Recruitment (25%)

  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and qualification processes for managerial and senior-level candidates.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a pipeline of high-quality candidates for client positions.
  • Utilize data-driven methods to track recruitment metrics and improve the recruitment process.
  • Participate in client onboarding calls.

Internal Talent Acquisition (25%)

  • Lead internal recruitment efforts for key positions, including senior recruiters, recruitment coordinators, and other critical roles.
  • Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to support our company’s rapid growth.
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hires.
  • Enhance our employer brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in recruitment with a deep understanding of recruitment company operations.
  • Track record of identifying and qualifying managerial and senior-level talent.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.
  • Operational management experience and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and recruitment methods.
