We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable ICT Technical Support professional to join our team. As part of our tech squad, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing stellar support to our internal teams.

*REQUIREMENTS:*

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support to customer users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and maintain ICT systems and equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
