Job Description: As a Remote Immigration Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to our client’s firm in immigration matters. Your primary responsibilities will include handling a caseload of immigration cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in immigration proceedings.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school in Argentina.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing immigration law, preferably with experience working remotely for a U.S.-based immigration law firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
- Proficiency in remote communication tools and technology.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of immigration cases, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, and removal defense.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration laws, regulations, and precedents.
- Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on case status.
- Represent clients in immigration court hearings and interviews, as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies to ensure accurate and effective representation of clients.
