As an Implementation Specialist, you will work as part of the implementation team, configuring and deploying CRM-based SaaS projects for clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and meet client requirements. This is a hands-on role where you will gather client requirements, analyze and configure solutions, and support the overall implementation process. You’ll need a solid technical background, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to help ensure that each client’s needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to analyze client requirements and translate them into technical configuration
  • Implement system configuration using database entities (objects), fields, views, listings, dashboards, and more
  • Maintain organized project documentation using Confluence to track progress and ensure that all relevant information is up-to-date
  • Use project management tools like Jira to track progress on assigned tasks
  • Develop a deep understanding of product features and capabilities
  • Identify gaps and clarifications needed and communicate closely with customer for answers
  • Prepare data imports and data migration plan
  • Participate in client meetings as required, providing updates and assisting with technical support during the implementation process
  • Ensure the smooth transition of the solution to the client, including training, to support a positive onboarding experience
  • Contribute to product lifecycle by providing feedback on feature improvements
  • Maintain and retain product and services knowledge at all times
