Description:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify technology needs and opportunities for enhancing business processes and services.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project portfolios, prioritizing projects based on business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Lead the implementation and integration of new technologies and systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and business requirements.
  • Oversee the customization and deployment of industry-specific software solutions (e.g., ERP & Time Management systems).
  • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems and processes.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services and products.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure cost-effective and reliable technology solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure IT initiatives support business goals.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and protocols to protect company data and assets.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to data security and privacy.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to support strategic priorities.
  • Monitor and control IT expenditures, ensuring cost-efficiency and financial accountability
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of learning and adaptability within the IT department.
