Om stillingen:
Som teknisk specialist i TOM vil du være ansvarlig for at behandle og analysere data med henblik på at understøtte vores drift og vedligeholdelsesprocesser. Du vil udvikle og optimere dashboards i Tableau, som giver indsigt i nøgleparametre for driften. Yderligere vil du bidrage til implementeringen af projekter, der effektiviserer vores tekniske operationer. Stillingen er central for vores strategi om at blive en fuldt datadrevet organisation, hvor dataindsigter danner grundlag for beslutninger og optimeringer i hele vores forretning.
Dine arbejdsopgaver vil inkludere:
Udvikling og vedligeholdelse af Tableau dashboards til at visualisere driftsperformance.
Deltagelse i og ledelse af tekniske projekter, der sikrer kontinuerlig optimering af vedligeholdelsesprocesser.
Bidrage til vores overordnede strategi om at blive en datadrevet virksomhed ved at sikre data af høj kvalitet og pålidelige analyser.
Samarbejde med forskellige afdelinger for at sikre optimal drift.

Vi forventer, at du:

• Har en teknisk uddannelse, f.eks. ingeniør eller lignende.
• Har erfaring med databehandling og visualisering, specielt i Tableau.
• Har kendskab til projektledelse og evnen til at styre komplekse projekter.
• Er analytisk, struktureret og detaljeorienteret.

Om området
TOM-afdelingen (Technical Operations and Maintenance) er en gruppe på +120 dygtige medarbejdere, der er dedikeret til at drive, vedligeholde og optimere en række vigtige systemer og udstyr på hele webstedet. Deres ekspertise spænder over HVAC, forsyningsstyring, kalibrering og omfattende vedligeholdelsesaktiviteter.
TOM Excellence - Dit nye team
