YOUR SKILLS
- Master Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration
- At least 5+ years experience/certification in Innovation Project Management in automotive sector
- Deep Understanding of quality standards environment (IATF 16949)
- Experience working in international and multi-cultural environment
- Strong leadership skills: drives, convinces and develops individuals and teams
- Strong commercial and strategic skills
- Fluent verbal & written communication in English

- Innovation strategy execution with focus on Innovation Project Management
- Shaping the Innovation Project Portfolio within Planview, Gatekeeping and Adhesive Development Process
- Leadership, Management & Development of Innovation Project Management Organization
- Build and Manage Innovation ecosystem
- Ensure fulfillment of performance, quality, and cost product requirements
- Driving culture – creating and shaping an innovative, collaborative, and inspiring working culture
- Coaching & developing people – create a highly motivated, professional and skilled team
