We offer great benefits and opportunities for growth! We are looking for an energetic, results oriented Inside Account Manager to join our team of winning professionals.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

As an Inside Account Manager for the Canadian market, your dual role within Summit is that of account management and new business development. Your focus is to build and maintain successful long-term relationships with Summit’s Commercial Lease and Rental clients, while continuing to grow the account base. Your ability to under promise and over deliver will help ensure perpetual retention of Summit’s clients.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Post-Secondary education with a business/financial degree is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of successful history in a commercial leasing or account management role
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills are required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of leasing, financing, and fleet management practices is an asset
  • Experience using Salesforce is an asset
  • Fleet or dealership experience is an asset
  • Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under expected timelines
  • Team-player who works well with all internal departments

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Become a Salesforce expert, documenting all calls, emails, and tasks
  • Convert leads and prospects to new accounts
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Grow existing active accounts by following up with each account monthly
  • Consistently win back inactive accounts with tenacious follow-up
  • Clearly communicate with Summit client support staff regularly
  • Participate in ongoing Summit sales training and industry product learning
  • Report to the Director of Inside Sales
