Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented salesperson with pest control experience to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving new sales, effectively scheduling service jobs, and managing new customer setups to ensure a seamless experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused, with a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth & Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads, collaborating with the sales team to convert them into long-term customers. Engage potential clients with compelling service options that match their needs.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently schedule jobs for new and existing customers, managing daily and weekly calendars to maximize productivity and ensure timely service delivery.
  • New Customer Onboarding: Oversee new customer setups, ensuring all details are accurately captured and effectively integrated into the system for seamless service delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with new customers, up-selling, addressing questions, concerns, and requests with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Maintain accurate records in the scheduling and CRM systems. Ensure all customer information is up-to-date, organized, and error-free.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all departments are aligned on customer needs and scheduling logistics, maintaining clear, proactive communication.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer proficiency, with experience using CRM systems, scheduling software, and Google
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and customer information management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, scheduling, or related roles is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software is a plus.
