Job Description
As an In-Store Commercial Manager, you report directly to the Store Manager. You are a leader in the store who empowers the team by coaching and developing them to increase sales, maximize profitability and deliver the best customer experience. Using entrepreneurial spirit together with the store team, you create inspiring presentations of our products as well as taking care of all administrative routines and store operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform daily selling follow up and initiate actions accordingly to maximize selling
  • Manage and operate merchandising, sales activities, campaigns, stock level and follow up
  • Take responsibility of planning your and your department ́s workday and set right priorities
  • Apply, drive and manage administrative and security procedures
  • Evaluate, motivate and develop all colleagues.

What you need to succeed:

  • Preferable leadership experience Salesmanship
  • Natural drive to seek opportunities to drive selling in a profitable way.
  • Structured and organized mindset.

  • Fluent/skilled in English, both written and spoken.

Additional Information
This is a permanent position on 37,5 hours per week, starting mid of November 2024.
