CA(SA) qualified with IFRS strength (especially IFRS 3) - 8 month assignment to assist African focused Renewable Energy platform to report on its consolidated annual financial statement. Previous exposure to consolidated reporting and M&A compliance reporting with numerous international entities (African focused with reporting into UK/EU revenue authorities).
Qualified CA (SA) with 2-5 years experience of consolidating various company financial reports - exposure to Renewable Energy or another infra environment is highly advantageous although not essential. What is essential is the IFRS standards and knowledge, and the ability to synthesis vast amounts of knowledge, accurately incorporate notes and reports, etc.
You will support the Global team during their end of year financial run, and be responsible for undertaking the full consolidated report.
