We have an opportunity for an intern to join our Honeywell Commercial Pricing team at Honeywell, in Prague. You will be responsible for providing pricing support for Commercial business activity. You will be working on financial analysis and proposal recommendations for a variety of products, services and customers across multiple enterprises and may include development, production and/or aftermarket pricing proposals.
You will support coordination and development of pricing recommendations and strategies for review and approval by Customer Business Teams, Marketing & Product Management, and Senior Leadership.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.
Honeywell Aerospace products and services are used on virtually every commercial, defense, and space aircraft. We build aircraft engines, cockpit and cabin electronics, wireless connectivity systems, mechanical components. Our hardware and software solutions help create more fuel-efficient aircraft, more direct and on-time flights and safer skies.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Student of master’s degree with major in Finance
  • MS Office proficiency with emphasis on Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to deal tactfully and ethically with both internal and external customers.
  • English language proficiency
  • Goal-oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle several tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting preparation of business and financial analysis that is properly balanced between the optimization of Honeywell profitability and the creation of customer value.
  • Contributing to the development of the business cases, value propositions, competitive assessments, risk mitigation and negotiation strategies in support of customer business proposals.
  • Developing and implementing value-based pricing principles and positive working relationships with the other functions supporting the business.
  • Driving functional pricing excellence (productivity, margin expansion, consistent methodologies, and skill development) through the implementation of continuous improvements utilizing six sigma plus tools and training.
