INTERNSHIP: HR – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities:
- participating in the running of our onboarding programme, based on a fun ‘gamified’ concept.
- participating in the evaluation, optimisation and development of Systematic’s internal course catalogue, including the development of materials for both classroom teaching and digital teaching formats.
- taking part in current strategic projects.
- handling internal communication tasks such as preparing content for our internal pages, including translation tasks.
- supporting your colleagues with ad-hoc HR tasks within both Learning & Development and People Services
