Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum qualification of N-Level
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in similar role
  • Fluent communication in English and Mandarin / Chinese
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced and diversed work environment
  • Problem solver who is able to improve systems and processes

Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Perform all store transactions with ERP system
  • Keeping track of all store related activities
  • Maintain and manage accurate information on incoming, outgoing and in process materials and finished goods
  • Improve existing inventory system
  • Coordinate the transfer of inventory to and from external vendors
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers on delivery and completion date
  • Communicate with relevant department on status of inventory
  • Keeping all inventory items in good and correct manner
  • Attend to other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
