JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and quantitative-oriented Investment Banking Analyst or Investment Analyst to join our growing Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching industries, analyzing data, and synthesizing this information into compelling marketing materials to inform our clients and readers of our publication. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of financial markets and industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • CFA certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment management, industry research, or a related role
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
  • Proven track record of creating impactful marketing materials and reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to support a work-from-home setup with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on various industries to gather relevant data and insights and translate this into compelling presentations.
  • Analyze financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal and client use.
  • Synthesize research and analysis into clear, concise, and engaging marketing materials to inform and attract clients.
  • Provide analytical support and insights to clients, helping them make informed financial decisions.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and materials that align with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to improve the quality of analysis and reporting continually.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
  • Solve problems by proactively approaching identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Other duties as assigned.
