We are working with a fast-growing, diversified investment management firm in Dubai, looking to hire a Senior Investor Relations Director.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and experience working with institutional investors, ideally in both private and public markets. This is a high-priority role with an exciting opportunity to develop and expand the firm’s Investor Relations division.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience in Investor Relations, ideally with exposure to both private and public markets
• Proven success in engaging institutional investors, particularly in key European markets
• Experience managing secondaries and responding to bond-related investor queries
• A polished, professional demeanour with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience building and leading teams, with a focus on both institutional and private wealth clients
• Ability to travel frequently between key markets as required

• Act as the public face for institutional investor engagement, overseeing all investor relations activities across both public and private markets, including involvement with secondaries
• Handle investor queries, including those related to bond issuances and key projects
• Build and lead the Investor Relations team with future expansion into private wealth coverage
• Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute the firm’s investor relations strategy
• Maintain and grow institutional investor relationships whilst identifying new opportunities
• Deliver regular updates to investors to keep them informed of the firm’s activities and strategies
